You’re probably familiar with recycling, but have you heard of upcycling? Turns out, the things that we often throw away can be transformed into awesome items of higher value through upcycling! Join us, a team of final-year students from Nanyang Technological University (NTU)’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communications (WKWSCI) on an exciting journey to discover how we can use upcycling to reduce waste! Our project aims to promote upcycling as a fun, doable activity that parents and children of ages 7 to 9 can do together to not only create useful products, but do their part to help reduce waste in Singapore.
